+ Do I need to have a 50 Below Online Store to use this Parts Finder on my Web site?

We've installed a few HLSM Parts Finders on non-50 Below Web sites. Most dealers appreciate having it on their 50 Below site, though, because we’ve designed the HLSM order data to go smoothly into our 50 Below shopping cart and check-out process. On a non-50 Below site, dealers have to manage two separate order fulfillment processes.

+ How do I check my HLSM Parts Finder orders?

When you add the Parts Finder to your 50 Below Online Store, it is fully integrated. Product orders from the Parts Finder appear in your regular Online Store order notifications. You fulfill them as you fulfill your other orders.

+ Can I change my pricing for these OEM parts?

Yes. For each manufacturer, you may set your prices to any percentage above or below MSRP.

+ How do I process an order?

The process is similar to how you'd process any other online order. You'll be notified by email when you make a sale. The email will include all the information you'll need to order the parts from the OEM or from whatever distributor you choose. When the parts arrive at your shop, you'll call or email the customer to come pick them up.

+ Why do I have to pay more for certain OEMs?

A few OEMs charge fees for access to their data. For those manufacturers, HLSM passes the license fees on to the dealers.

+ Can I use the Parts Finder for every OEM?

As you know, some OEMs allow only their authorized dealers to advertise and sell their products. The same is true with online catalogs and the Parts Finder. When we install Parts Finder, we’ll ask you for your OEM Dealer Identification numbers. If you are not an authorized dealer for certain brands, you won’t be allowed to sell those products using the Parts Finder.

All the brands and units that you can get parts for are displayed in a simple table on your Web site.

Customers choose the details of the unit, model, and type of part they want from simple lists.

Exploded diagrams make it easy for customers to add their selected parts and quantities to their Parts Finder shopping cart.

When the customer is ready to check out, the parts are transferred to your 50 Below shopping cart—no need to hassle with two separate orders!
